East Timor's youngest ever PADI Open Water Diver

Rhea's 10th Birthday present was to learn to dive. She came and signed up for the course on her birthday before joining her diver parents for a birthday tea at Castaways.



Twice a week, we would pick Rhea up from school for her scuba lessons and on the 28th of October 2008 she completed her qualifying dive. This means she became a Junior PADI Open Water diver at the age of 10 years, 2 months and 10 days. We think that this is the youngest ever certified diver in East Timor.
