International Beach Clean Up Day

This years International Beach Clean Up was a great success with over 70 volunteers including 25 US Navy CB's and 20 kids from the Quality International Schools Dili.

Over 50 bags of trash were collected and over 2000 pieces of trash recorded.

A big thanks to all the divers, snorkelers and helping hands on the day.

So we said goodbye to Roger and the next day hello to Gian. Another Dutchman but not quite as lanky! Yes, he does wear this T-shirt in case he forgets his name!

Gian will be with us until the end of October, and he's an avid photographer. Check out these cool dolphin pics taken in Atauro recently.

Yesterday we were lucky to see 2 pods of dolphins and a pod of pilot whales on the crossing to Atauro
